So apparently you can mail a letter to a PO box by depositing it into the collection box at this post office, but it still won't be delivered after 5 days........there's a reason that these workers are offered $12/hour in union negotiations.....it's because they clearly lack the mental capacity to do as simple of a job as carrying mail. 2.1 out of 5 Star current rating definitely reflects this. Minnesota has the worst post offices in the entire United States. You couldn't find staff members more inadequate at their job (from the highest position to the lowest) if you tried.

Yea somethings up. Postal worker delivering mail at 9 PM. Lost mail causing overdue bills. I've received numerous pieces of mail belonging to others. Its insane. If the entire USPS is operating like this its only a matter of time ...even more people will quit using it. Stamps will then be $1.50 dollars which will cause more service loss. Just look at the other reviews. Its unbelievable. I am on Norrhwest Avenue.

Customer service is clearly no longer even close to a priority. I have a hard time blaming the workers themselves—this feels more like poor leadership within USPS and at the federal level. They’ve decided they will no longer tape a box shut for a customer, something they’ve done for nearly a century, all to save less than a penny and push customers to buy their overpriced tape at the counter. I walked out and will take my business to another package handler. It would have only cost me a few dollars, but that was a bridge too far. Maybe it’s just a sign of the times, but from now on my business will go elsewhere.
