- PCP cruitJul 24, 20254.0IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH ST PAUL BOXES YOU PUT YOUR MAIL IN. ALL OUTGOING MAIL GOES TO THE PLANT IN EAGAN TO BE SORTED. ALSO, CARRIERS HAVE TO PICK UP THE BOXES DAILY. THEY WONT GO HOME UNTILL THEY DO. Maybe get an idea on the process before making accusations.
