Plan on getting there in mid-morning or mid-afternoon. Otherwise the lines are quite long.

I am always impressed with Nicole at this branch! She works at the customer service counter. No matter if there are 50 people in line or 5, she always has a smile and is extremely helpful. She is the epitome of what outstanding customer service should look like!

The self service kiosk was out of printer paper so you then had to go wait in line for a receipt. The boxes for packages were full so then EVERYONE had to go wait in line and this obviously made long lines. When I handed the worked my box, they tossed it about 10 feet into a cart but it bounced out on the muddy floor. When I looked at the worker, she purposely ignored me and left the package in the muddy floor. I get that they are busy and I could move past the receipt and full boxes. Throwing people's Christmas gifts around and leaving them on the muddy floor is too much.

This review is for Monica at the front desk. At this time of year the lines are long. She is always smiling and pleasant. Both times I have been there in the last couple of weeks she was working solo. Kudos to her.
