I decided to try my luck at them having 24hr access to a Self-Service kiosk that could process payment for my 12 x 9 x 6” package. I was victorious! The machine was very user friendly (approved by elderly couple ahead of me), just remember that you have to pay using a credit or debit card. This location could use a deep cleaning and some updating, and restocking, but there were some boxes available for use. Encountered one helpful and friendly USPS worker who answered our dumb questions while just trying to empty some bins.

We receive most of our insurance checks through the mail so it's actually important that we get the mail. When I called the Roseville branch this morning to register a complaint the phone rang for about 5 min and then I received a busy signal. The postal service is a prime example of how horrible the government is at delivering services. It needs to be privatized ASAP.
