- BRBusiness ReviewerNov 2, 20251.0Horrible postal service in Minnesota, 3 day shipping options, take two weeks. A package of mine was lost by this location, this was a collectible, that is very irreplaceable. The mail is never on time for the P.O Boxes and the staff simply don't care. Do yourself a favor if your shipping anything, or receiving packages, send and receive them UPS. There is a UPS store over by Target the cost is usually only a little more to ship. You will be glad that you used that service over the USPS, you wont have to worry if your mail is lost or delivered.

This location usually has a self-serve kiosk and drop box, but lately the drop box has been disabled until the branch opens. What’s the point of this?! Makes it super inconvenient for people trying to get things done before 9:30am. Open it back up!!
