I had requested a mail hold online and selected the option to pick up the mail myself due to my own misunderstanding of where I would be picking up my mail. After being told my mail was being held at this location, I drove through rush hour traffic and stood in a long post-Thanksgiving line only to have the employee tell me she couldn't find my mail. The supervisor later appeared to tell me that my held mail was out for delivery despite my explicit preference for pickup. No explanation, no apology. The first employee was kind and the service technically worked, but USPS should step up its management and communication and stop taking its customers' time for granted.

When I ask why it couldn't be delivered the employee just kinda shrugged and didnt even answer me. So still I have no idea why I needed to do their job, track my package down, and pick it up myself. This isnt the first time either and I cant wait to be done with this location.
