All I was trying to do is simply get a stamp to mail something. Nothing special. Got in the door at 12:55... my turn came an i watched the clock right next to the lady change to 1:00. Told her what I needed and she gave me the most sinister and cruel smile an pointed to the clock saying yeah we can do that but I'm closing. Then why didn't you tell me you wouldn't work past 1pm when I walked in 5 minutes ago. Why did you smile like you got enjoyment out of disappointing a customer. Why did i feel so much disheartening tone in your voice. There is no reason to treat a customer the way you did lady. You knew exactly what you were doing and enjoyed doing it to someone who simply didn't exactly how to send something in the mail. Grow up and have some human decency. I wish I could have caught her name to post it here, but I will be following up on Monday to file a formal complaint with the usps.
- BRBill ReichSep 17, 20251.0Using the self service machine at the Post Office, I purchased 30 Forever 4" Stamps that you fold and apply to an envelope. Too my surprise, they DO NOT stick to the envelopes. I went back immediately to return or exchange them. I even brought an envelope with me to demonstrate that they DO NOT stick. The clerk showed little concern about it and simply told me " your just going to have to tape them on". I suggested she remove the defected stamps from the machine so others don't end up like me. Again she simply stated, " I don't have anything to do with that machine". TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! They would NOT return my money. They were NOT even willing to exchange them for stamps that stick.
