Came in to drop off a small pre paid usps ground shipment and asked for a receipt, after I got my receipt, Tom threw my parcel from the counter into the back with no regard for its contents or safety. I Asked Tom if this was procedure and he stated "We throw packages all morning". I Will not be using this location if that's how employees are treating customers shipments especially during holiday season! Customers beware!

Edit #2 - Package going to someone nearby in St.Paul, directly after dealing with Tom, I am sent a photo from the recipient of a damaged package. I honestly cannot trust these employees at this particular location as they show distain for having to do anything for you. Especially if you are someone who delivers frequently. They will toss and drop your packages from high up ,on purpose, directly in front of you. EDIT: Second time coming in here and now a guy named Tom refuses to scan a few of my packages. Because I waited an extra day to send them out that made them invalid according to Tom. I have to go and refund all of these stamps that I have printed out for my business and get a refund, followed up by buying a new label and shipping them out when he could just scanned them. These people behind the counter have the worst attitudes. I go to the Anoka post office and they scan them with no issues. Why? Because this Tom guy doesn't want to scan them. I HATE coming here. FIRST POST: I generally enjoy my time going to this post office; it's so convenient. As an online business owner, I bring my packages there daily. However, today, my experience was far from ideal. I was confronted by one of the women on staff who told me I should bring my packages to the post office 30 minutes away, because she would "have to load them up and have them shipped to the post office anyway." This happened even before I had finished bringing in all my items. Later, after bringing in my next load, she informed me I had ordered the wrong postage slip for one package, stating, "Can't take that one, it's a priority box and you ordered ground." I asked if she would order me a new label, but she told me she couldn't do it. I know they typically charge me online after the fact if there's an error with weight, dimension, or box type, and I tried to explain this. Her response was, "Don't tell me how to do my job, just leave it." Honestly, I don't want to go back after this experience, but I feel I have to, given its proximity.

The chubby lady employee behind the counter is always so rude. I come to this location due to it being close to home and every time I go there, she’s rude to everyone. Rolling her eyes and if we have questions, she makes it seems like we are stupid. Poor customer service.

Please beware. The fat white guy that work here is very racist. I wish I had taken a video of him to show everyone.
