If you have your own label printer at home, you wouldn’t have to put up with the non-working self kiosk machine. Not sure when they’re going to fix it! So much for 24/7 self-service kiosk, BUT if any of you run into this problem go to the USPS in Oakdale!! Their self-service kiosk works!! 👍

The last time I was in there, the lady at the counter told me to leave my return pkge and she'll affix the label "later." No way. I left with my package. She also wanted me to rate her on the payment device nearby. This was asked BEFORE she finished my transaction. I gave her a 5 rating because I was afraid she wouldn't mail my documents. Finally, here is a photo of my credit card bill recently received in our mailbox. What a complete sham of a local government business. Does no one in leadership care?
