Uncaring clerks, inconsiderate of packaged items, with rates the fluctuate on a daily basis. I've mailed the same exact item in the same exact packaging 3 different times in a month and was charged 3 different rates or prices; one of which varied by 6 dollars....how is that even possible.....I complained and magically the price was reduced. What a headache!

If you have your own label printer at home, you wouldn’t have to put up with the non-working self kiosk machine. Not sure when they’re going to fix it! So much for 24/7 self-service kiosk, BUT if any of you run into this problem go to the USPS in Oakdale!! Their self-service kiosk works!! 👍
