Lines are always longer than anywhere else in the area. It is nice. They have a 24 seven lobby where you can mail your own packages but one out of four times the bin to drop them in is broken so you can’t mail them any. Has been that way for at least 6 months. No improvement.

This is the WORST place to have a po box. I have been getting my mail opened for months now. The workers there are rude. The mangaers and supervisors are rude as well and do not care. They have not done anything to help resolve the issue. I will now be making a police report regarding my mail. It is a federal offense to open other people's mail period! Do not i repeat do not open a op box at this post office! HORRIBLE

If I could leave 0 stars for the Apple Valley post office, I would. I’ve used this location for over a decade, but after having a check stolen and altered (“washed”) before someone attempted to cash it, I no longer feel comfortable using this facility. Fortunately, a bank employee contacted me before processing the check, preventing further issues.
Customer service at this location has become inconsistent over the years — some days you encounter helpful, polite staff, and on other days the experience is noticeably less positive. Overall, the service quality has declined, and there appears to be a lack of oversight and accountability.
I recommend exercising caution when using this post office, particularly if you are mailing checks or anything of monetary value. I’ve heard from others who have experienced similar concerns.
