Website states different. Clerk advised my branch my rules. Spoke with 1800#. The sent all things needed. Went back on Friday. Julie, clerk, refused again. Even with documents from the website. I called 1800# in hopes Julie would listen to reason. NOPE. She then talked about me to customers, who then tried to shame me in the vestibule. This place needs training and management on-site.
