However, I called them to ask about a package delivery issue and not only were they short and rude with me on the phone. But they did not give me an explanation as to why the issue was happening. Their solution was "so do you want to pick it up or what?". I had to be the one to come up with a "solution" instead. This has made me incredibly upset as the package is a gift for my mother's birthday and I don't know if I will be receiving it at all. I'm not sure what to do but cry.
