    These girls' attitude is like they don't like their jobs; they have no empathy I went to get a lost key, the black girl started talking to me in a loud voice as if all the other customers wanted to know, I went to the other office where they solved the problem without much problem.

    They were able to track down a package for me that wasn't supposed to be headed back to a sender in this area. Called me to let me know it's being shipped back to me and I was really impressed with the level of service.

    Went in today to send off two packages, I used the self service kiosk for one but the second one (a padded envelope) confused me on how to send. I went inside for assistance and was greeted by a very kind and friendly woman who explained how I should have sent it for future reference but helped me at the counter anyways. She was genuinely such a doll, both my husband and I left smiling after having her assist us! I've been using this location for years and never had an overtly negative experience, sometimes there have been long waits or employees who seem tired/over it but as someone who has done CS work I appreciate the employees here every time I stop in. Thank you for serving the New Brighton/Mounds View community!
