I visited this post office earlier this week, and I’ve never had a negative encounter here until this visit. There was one employee with long, wavy blonde hair who was doing her absolute best to help a line that was nearly out the door, and she was handling everything on her own. She was clearly overwhelmed but still trying hard to assist everyone. At the beginning of my visit, another employee was at the counter, but her attitude toward customers was extremely unprofessional. She asked people if they had questions, then rolled her eyes and walked away when they said no. Instead of helping with the long line, she went to the back and didn’t assist further, even though extra help was clearly needed. To make matters worse, the blonde employee—who was doing her best—was told to go on break even though she had already missed it due to how many people were waiting. She tried to help one more customer before stepping away, and the supervisor spoke to her with a tone and attitude that felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional, especially in front of customers. I will not be returning to this location based on this experience. The way staff were treated in front of customers was unacceptable, and more employees should be placed out front during busy times, especially around the holidays. I didn’t get her name, but the blonde employee deserves recognition—she handled the situation far better than most people would have under that pressure.

These girls' attitude is like they don't like their jobs; they have no empathy I went to get a lost key, the black girl started talking to me in a loud voice as if all the other customers wanted to know, I went to the other office where they solved the problem without much problem.

Very calm and professional woman working the counter. Explained everything well and was very polite. In all trips here I haven't had a bad experience.
