- RFRuby Fruetel5 days ago1.0Their automated robot lady that helps is so unhelpful. I had to say I think at least 10 or 15 times “Speak with an agent” in order for her to listen. Also anytime I said what I needed when she asked “Alright I can do that. But can you please tell me what you need an agent for?” She’d try doing it herself. Like no I asked for an agent!! Not an AI!!
- GRGabriella RoseNov 17, 20251.0We went here for our passport appointment which went fine until the end when I as a newly married person made a honest mistake with my signature and had to redo one of the papers got talked down to and embarrassed by the lady working there named Pam. By making this mistake she slammed down a stable remover down and told me to do it for her as she had other work to do which I did my best but a piece of our money order tore and she proceeded to publicly humiliate me asking me if "I've ever done this before" and how "it'll be the last time she ever asks me to do this" extremely uncalled for. I proceeded to apologize for making that mistake multiple times where she proceeded to ignore and not reply. No reason to treat people like this and publicly humiliate your CUSTOMERS. I work in customer service myself and know enough to be respectful, especially if it's an honest mistake, and from the looks from the reviews I'm not the only one. Extremely unnecessary and unkind.

- BBBarisSep 27, 20251.0I recently visited the USPS location at MSP Airport to drop off a package. Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant due to the behavior of an employee named Pam. She was unnecessarily rude and spoke disrespectfully to both me and my spouse without any reason. As customers, we expect professionalism and basic courtesy when using USPS services, but this interaction was very disappointing. I truly hope management addresses this issue so that future customers are treated with respect.
