- AAAcadiaDec 20, 20251.0Reading through the reviews and realizing I never should have dropped off my iPhone for return at this location to be returned to Amazon. I dropped it off a month ago and it has not left the store???? I scanned it in at the self service station and then handed it to the employee behind the counter so that it would not get lost. Never left the store on the tracking. Clearly, as others have indicated, my phone has been stolen from this location and refunds are due to customers for this clearly ongoing issue ($210).

We were on the phone for at least 15 minutes while she cross checked the information she had access to and eventually figured out what the problem was - thankfully the package was delivered today as promised. Thanks to Mary as well for tweaking the delivery address to make sure the package was delivered to the right address. Thank you ladies!

I took three packages in and two were shipped and tracked on other one did even show went anywhere past the store . So I’m out a ton of money . Claims process is a joke too and I can’t get any customer service . People don’t send those iPhone trade in through ups . Mine was basically obviously stolen from the store and nothing I can do about I’m out 1000$ . People knew what the box was my other boxes went through. So hard to get help without talking to some bot and told to go to claims I never had issues before . I will be using fed ex or nothing .
