    Very patient people. People come in and yell at them for mistakes that they made in ordering. Always nicer than I was would be.

    I brought a package here last Friday; it was a return, boxed up and ready to go, with a pre-printed, pre-paid label. I just needed a receipt with the tracking number. The return label had been provided by the company that was taking the return, and it said, very clearly, UPS GROUND. At the Ford Parkway store, the woman working that day scanned the label (quite quickly, and, I thought, maybe not accurately?) and told me that she was really sorry, but they couldn't help me. This package, she said, needed to go to another shipping partner. She told me I needed to go to Whole Foods. This was extremely confusing, since it wasn't an Amazon purchase, and it wasn't going back to an Amazon partner or facility. I said as much. She said, "I know, it's confusing. But it's a different carrier. We can't help you. Yeah, it needs to go to Whole Foods." I said, "Why does it say UPS GROUND on the label that was provided?" She said she didn't know, but did I know where Whole Foods was? I told her, again, that that made no sense, but that, yes, I did know where Whole Foods was, and I'd go there. Well, as predicted, Whole Foods only takes Amazon returns and the nice guy working there said he was sorry that he couldn't help me, and had no idea why I'd been sent there. So I went to the UPS store at Oxford Mall, which is further away from my home (Highland is much closer), and it is the UPS store I'll use from now on, because it took them about 10 seconds to accept the package and print out a tracking receipt. That's because IT WAS A UPS GROUND PACKAGE. I will never use the Ford Parkway store again. (I would have given a no-star review, since I was sent on a wild goose chase, but in the past, I've had okay service at this store. Still, I'll never return.)

    I DONT RECOMMEND DROPPING OFF MOBILE PHONES TO RETURN TO YOUR CARRIER AT THIS STORE ! 4 years ago my son returned his old iPhone to Verizon at this store. Verizon said the phone was never received, sent a photo of an empty box and he was not reimbursed for his trade in. 6 months later, I returned my old phone to Verizon in the pre-paid box- at the same store and again Verizon said it was never received and sent a photo of an empty box, I was out $700. Conveniently for UPS, Both of our receipts from UPS did not have the weight of the package on the receipt from this UPS store. We could not prove their was a phone in them to file claims with Verizon or with UPS. A few weeks ago, and over 5 years later, my son uses this same local UPS store to return his phone to Apple and gets a message they the box was empty and again the UPS receipt did not have a weight on it and unable to rectify the unfortunate experience. 3 of our returned iphones have disappeared from their return boxes over the last 4 years. Coincidence, I don't think so.
