Undelivered packages, random demands for extra postage with no explanation, and multiple times the carrier wouldn’t bring a package to our door stating that we weren’t home, when in fact we were home all day. We live in Saint Michael, but drive to the Rogers USPS location to avoid this office.

It’s been 2 years we live in Saint Michael and I lost count how many times my mail/ packages were missing or delivered to the wrong location. We have never had an issue with any other post office before. When we try to call, we are on hold for 40 minutes. When we manage to speak with someone, they can’t do anything besides open a ticket… which leads to nowhere. We’re so tired and fed up with not having our packages on time. Mistakes happen, but when it is recurring, something is not right and the process needs to be revised to minimize future incidents. I beg to the management to revise the delivery process and improve the process.
