It said a notary would be in the store at the time I went, but that was not the case. If you need that service you should speak to someone at the store to confirm. Two failed notary attempts with UPS in the same day was a big inconvenience.

She insisted that my items were never delivered. Another employee handed me 1 out of 5 items after Miele continued to stated that my items were never delivered. I asked for more clarity since all items were under one tracking number. Miele was rude, dismissive, and attempted to act as though she was becoming threatened by my presence. I sent the location an email. They have not responded. The merchant is stating that they will not refund since it was a confirmed drop off at a UPS access point. I filed a police report today and will update this review after a lawsuit is filed in small claims court. Do not use this location - beware of their employee named Miele.
