Im outside with my dog everytime he is outside so I know he never chased anyone. They also didn't give me notice my mail wasn't being delivered and I didn't receive anything for 2 weeks before I called to find out what was going on. Terrible service, Im disappointed they didn't even try and talk to me when the "situation" happened. But I know its because it NEVER HAPPENED. Complete B.S.
