Said it was not delivered due to animal interference! You should probably remind this moron that we are in the 21st century where people have cameras. Ill be sending this video to the USPS office.
- MKMichael KauppOct 8, 20251.0On Tuesday, October 7th At about 8:30 AM I called the post office because a package had been mysteriously forwarded. The man I talked to was very short tempered and rude and kept insisting that it was a scam and I needed to call the sender. It was an Amazon package and in all the years and packages I bought from Amazon. I’ve never had an issue. turns out they forwarded my package to my son who has a different first name and lives in Elk River. He was so rude that I decided just to hang up and called the main post office number. They found what had happened. On a positive note someone from the Elk River post office picked up the ball and drove my package to Saint Francis so it could be delivered properly. Five stars for the Elk River post office. A man like that should not be allowed to answer a phone or deal with customers

Where I need to ask someone for help to get the dang thing out!! And. Why are they closed for an hour during lunch time? Its a small town. People do running on the lunch hour. They all need to take a lunch at the same time? Seems ridiculous to me. And lazy.
