Parking is a nightmare, one single door entry, and the store is extremely undersized, for the amount of people inside. It’s only people with Amazon returns. Seems the owner has focused solely on collecting the small revenue gained from Amazon returns, which in turn overloads staff and gives bad a terrible customer experience. Unfortunately, there is no other option for the majority of Amazon returns, I’m sure the owner knows this. Upgrade location if you have 15+ people in the store at 4pm. You can’t even bring in UPS max dimensions package. Hard to take a small package between the random islands (out there to control the never ending line) and backlog of Amazon returns laying in the floor there is no where else to put.
