- JLJon LukowiczApr 23, 20261.0Really terrible customer service. I run a small store on ebay and this office lost two of my orders in one week. Handed the package right to the clerk and she scanned it, a week later the tracking still says awaiting package from sender so I had to cancel the orders and refund them. Talking to the person at the front desk theres nothing they can do but told me to file a lost package form after 15 days. Overall do not recommend this place at all!
