I’m a 7 hour car ride, round trip, away from Saint Charles so driving there wasn’t an option. The company wasn’t being helpful… so, I decided it wouldn’t hurt to try and see if the post office could help me. I spoke with Nathan on the phone and he was so kind, and helpful! My package is on its way to me now. I’m so appreciative of his help!

Multiple occasions where they lost our mail, and this happened every time we visited our parents in town, and we mailed out our mail and they misplaced it or my biggest concern is someone is trying to alter mail here, and every incident that we had it involved gift cards in mail, money orders. I think management needs to look into this postal office.
