- JHJennifer Hanson5 days ago1.0I lived in Rosemount for 20+ years and had probably hundreds of misdelivered mail pieces. When I brought it to the attention of Bill the postmaster, he dismissed it and insinuated I was a liar. I then had problems opening our parcel locker - delivery person supposedly checked it and said it opened and operated properly . After stuggling with it more, I finally realized I had to lean on the locker door with all my body weight while turning the key to open it- apparently this is “working properly” for USPS. I later called with further complaints of missing AND misdelivered mail which, like my other issues, were brushed off. Then the Bill actually stopped taking my calls- I would call and the phone would ring endlessly - never answered - I then tried calling from another phone and it was answered immediately. WORST POST OFFICE BRANCH EVER

The errors continue month after month after month. Postmaster is apparently out to lunch or choosing to simply ingore the problem.

- JSJill SJun 5, 20171.0Lost package, delivered to the incorrect lock box and address. Absolutely poor communication and follow up for help. They did not offer any type of resolution for package that they delivered to the wrong person. When I called for an update after two weeks they were rude and refused to give me details for a call back or resolution.
