- DFDoug FryeSep 3, 20201.0Very poor Customer Service. Tried four times to call them, during business hours, with no answer. I then drove to the Post Office, appr. 12 miles one way. to discuss issue. According to Rosemount USPS notification, they were "holding a package" due to incorrect address. Now they claim it was returned yesterday. The tracking number does not indicate that to be the case. I have no idea where the package is. They should take the word 'Service' off of USPS.
