I then called, he said he would go grab it and to call back in a half hour. I called back, no answer, and it is now Monday, April 10th, still no Easter box.

These are the most unhelpful people I've ever had to deal with when trying to mail something or find my lost mail. They don't care at all and will not go out of their way to do anything to help. Today I was trying to return an item in a box and the end needed taped shut. I asked the lady if she had a strip a tape I could use to close it and she said "no, you need to buy a roll from us" and was extremely rude about it. I'm not going to spend 4 dollars on a roll of tape just to use a small piece of it to close my box. I left and will not go there for again for any reason. Be warned!
