The complete spider web of customer service and office phone numbers, emails and links are a complete joke. I now realize there's nothing I can do because the usps is somehow untouchable. I've made numerous efforts to have my voice heard and issues rectified. I'm being discriminated against, lied too repeatedly, my packages have been damaged, important letters returned to sender, ignored, refused service, false holds on my mail, intentional delays on time sensitive packages to name a few. They are all as bad as each other. The manager and her cohorts should be sued and lose their pension. Don't express any dismay to them as they will make your life a mess and enjoy every minute of it. Not sure how you sleep at night J

Third time package not delivered, but notification from USPS we received, what package was delivered. Walk around the blok neighborhood, but nobody was received anything. Workers from this post office city of Roger's not able to read adress and name of recipients. This office has to be close and all workers be fired without right to work in any goverment institution!
