    I was there for a notary and Charlie got upset and was telling me to go back to my country and overall being rude and racist because I’m hispanic and didn’t know how a notarized signature works. I would not recommend this location if you are a person of color.

    9/27-I came in as Charlie was about to leave for the day. Another employee was asked to help, but she didn’t seem to want to change what she was doing and was quite rude when she was asked by the other employee to help me. Charlie was very calm, patient and professional. We were trying to update a delivery address, but tracking wasn’t at the point to allow it. Charlie made a call to another UPS site, checked on the tracking again and remained focused on trying to get the address updated. After 15 min, it was concluded that I’ll need to check online when tracking is advanced a little further. I can do that. Charlie was friendly and professional the entire time. Thank you for your high level of customer service. 10/1-So now I’m back and changing my rating for the store. I do not have an email associated with this shipment. I was told that the address cannot be updated. The employees wouldn’t even try. They were told by the manager that they can’t make the update to add the apt# to the shipment. Now I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it makes it. I’m very disappointed. 10/2- Talked to someone at UPS. He could not see the "Manifest"; said the UPS store needs to run "Close End of Day" report. (Or something like that) Because this is still in limbo, the package is held up and the address cannot be updated. PACKAGE NOW BEING RETURNED TO ROGERS, MN. I still think Charlie was friendly and professional. I'm not sure what is up with the store, though. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to ship a package.

    Not sure why my packages keep saying attempted delivery but unsuccessful or I had requested a change in my delivery? and I would have to pick it up every time at the store? At this point, I'm just fed up with their customer service since they weren't very helpful plus the given delivery time and date. I literally live like less than a mile away and I don't even live in a gated community, so I'm not quite sure what kind of access issue they are having that they can't even deliver my package directly to my door as I have requested from my initial order and shipping option selection. Make it make sense, please. I don't want to hear no other excuses, UPS just seems to go downhill yearly as each year passes by.
