She even reminded me to keep my receipts for 6 months since I was returning old cable boxes. She did have to ask her other co worker to assist a lady in line that had been waiting. I see this as a management type personality and appreciated her taking control. Her co worker did not seem as happy to help. So, if Yee is not already a manager, she should be promoted.
