Just watched a male USPS worker turn away a man trying to ship documents internationally, after he had waited in line for 20 minutes. Only to be told he had to be there by the time he was in the building. The worker told him that the package would take 15 to 20 minutes to process at 545p, and that they closed at 6 and couldn't help him. Told him to come back in the morning, despite obviously being a person that worked long hours. The customer obviously did what he was supposed to do and was turned away in what was clearly a stressful, time sensitive situation. Later I watch the same worker tell their coworker at 5:55p they are going to 'check their clinic phone and will be back in one minute.' So this man turned away a customer to attend to their own person needs while on the clock. Ridiculous.

I have had it with the USPS. I put in a request to ask if our packages could be placed inside the front door of our building so they're not sitting out in the rain or to be stolen. I was then told that they can't for security reasons. Today they were supposed to drop the package on the front porch which is what they have been doing from the get-go, but then I get a delivery attempted notice that the front door wasn't accessible. All he had to do was get out of the stupid van and walk up the front walk and set it in front of the door. Either way you can't win with these guys.I have tried calling this post office and never once have I ever been able to get anybody on the phone. The same is true for their 1-800 number. They've become a joke.

I had a problem with my delivery. The package was meant to arrive on Monday. I came by Tuesday to resolve. There was 1 person working, took over 30 minutes with the one person and a line of 8 still so I left. Came by Wednesday and couldn’t help me with name and address without tracking. Came back Thursday with tracking, they couldn’t find my package at the facility. Promised me I would get a call Friday. Never did, today (next Monday) I was about to go and noticed the package was returned to sender. So I wasted hours in line going 4x. Never got my package. I am tempted to contact the company and drive to Chicago since the federal mail can’t figure out staffing issues and false commitments. Put your package on a feral cat before you use USPS.

Informed delivery was showing mail for multiple days but mail wasn’t getting delivered. Went to the post office and they have no idea where my mail is or why it’s not being delivered. Like it’s not their JOB to get my mail to me

Young lady working at the counter is extremely lazy, worst USPS i have ever been into, don’t understand how such terrible staff get customer service jobs.
