Terrible service, route guy puts the wrong mail in my mail box all the time even though we don’t have the same last name but holds mail when the last names are the same, and no one ever answers the phone and when you go in, theres maybe 3 customers if that. If there was a.5 rating I’d give them that because 1 is too high.

I wish I can rate this a zero star. This post office is so bad even their phone answering is horrible. They never answer their phone and you're always constantly going into voicemails. I have emailed them multiple of times. The people here are not doing their job correctly and it's costing others.

This post office is. The. Worst. 1. Packages are regularly shoved into our mailbox in spite not really fitting. There have been multiple times I legitimately didn't think I could pull the boxes back out again. They once folded a hard-cover book in half to shoved it in. 2. Sometimes, when they shove a package into the box, the box won't unlock for the resident. Then you can't get any mail at all. There's no recourse until you can contact the post office to get help. 3. If you call the post office, the phone just rings and rings. No one ever, ever answers. So good luck getting help. 4. Packages and other mail are very, very regularly (as in a weekly occurrence) misdelivered. We once had seven packages dumped on our front porch; two were for us. We shouldn't be deputized to do their job unless they'll share their salary with us for it. 5. They regularly refuse to deliver packages to our door citing "driveway or walkway inaccessible". Neither was never inaccessible and other carriers delivered fine. (If they're overwhelmed and can't manage it on the expected day, that's fine. But claiming that they couldn't deliver because it's our fault is being lazy and avoiding admitting it.) 6. Packages are frequently left in front of the garage in spite of the fact that a covered porch with no steps is available a mere extra 20 feet away. (The front the the garage, in addition to being exposed to the elements, is invisible from the house. But it is very visible from the sidewalk and would-be porch pirates.)

We just moved to Rochester. After two weeks with normal delivery, we have now gone an entire week without receiving a single piece of mail at our new house/neighborhood communal box. I went to the post office today and they gave me a stack of mail and told me that our carrier has been out sick this week. They said there was more mail for me in back in a tray, but that was "new mail" we would get tomorrow. (I have no idea why I have to wait.) One whole week, no mail. We set up new utility services and need to pay the first month's bill before we can set up on-line payments. But, the bills aren't being delivered. We are waiting on our new ID and insurance cards. And any bill we paid is still sitting there without having gone anywhere. Thanks for nothing (literally).
