  If I could leave zero stars i would. Waited all day for an overnight package that needed a signature. Literally sitting ON THE FLOOR, 5 FT from my front door. I didn't even leave to use the bathroom and I'm on my cycle. Sat there from 7am. At 420-4:30PM I look outside, nothing. Check the tracker, and see they left a note on my screen door saying no one was here to answer. I had one day off this week. It was 80 degrees outside. It will be colder for the rest of the week. I missed an entire beautiful sunny day waiting for a package just for the driver to not even knock at my door. I called the center and they said they would send the driver back before 8pm. From 5:30-8pm I sat outside of my front door, never came. So they officially wasted my ENTIRE day off. I work tomorrow and it's also my birthday tomorrow. I was supposed to go shopping today for an outfit but chose to stay home for this package. And didn't even get it. I'm honestly disgusted with the lack of consideration, respect and even effort. I didn't get to choose my shipping company for this order but I will make sure in the future to avoid FedEx at ALL COSTS.

  I absolutely despise how you always attempt to deliver a signature package at 1100 while we are working, and then refuse to allow a pickup or later drop off. And your automated service is an absolutely rage-inducing maze of circular logic, without the option to talk to a live human being.

  FedEx in Rochester or Stewartville shipping centers. How you are incompetent and hiring incompetent people. I have had dog food ordered and was supposed to be delivered on December 4th, they missed that time window and said id receive by end of day(eod). No package arrived causing me to spend more money to get dog food at the store. December 5th, same exact thing with the same exact driver BRYAN OR BYRON(cant rememberexact name but its one of those). No delivery. Now December 6th the same scenario is being played out but with a new driver named Kevin. Kevin has completely missed thev2 hour delivery window and again im "suppose" to receive it by end of day. Ive call customer each day with failed responses. I had to buy a 2nd small bag of dog food for my 3 dogs last night as well so I know I have enough for tonight and Sunday night. I have ZERO confidence FedEx will deliver the package prior to Monday maybe even Tuesday and thats if I actually get it. For being a company ran and stsrted by a Marine this 1000% unacceptable and those drivers should be fired a long with management of the shipping facility for my area. I have yet to hear a valid reason or excuse as to why i see the driver on the tracking map in my town but yet no delivery made. All 3 days have been the same. Now I will not give Chewy any more business because FedEx has EPICALLY FAILED with their part of the partnership. Borderline breach of contract! I would highly encourage people to use UPS or even USPS. But Avoid FedEx at all cost if you value your time and money. If I could give any type negative star rating instead of a 1 star it would most certainly apply.

  The staff working there are the only reason why FedEx could posibly earn two stars. Their shipments are *consistently* late. I have an important shipment that has been tracked across the country and saying delivery date is today (Dec 21st) by end of day all week. And it's the end of the day - no package. They are horrible at shipping things. Which is the only thing they should be good at.
