Lunch time backed up but they took care of me in the end! Shout out to Shane and a younger gentleman who helped me the first time in line!

Was unable to find package drop after I finished using the self serve kiosk to mail a package when I was at the Valley High location on a busy Monday about noon 2 weeks ago. As I was quietly looking, I was near the service desk and the clerk said "Boss you need to wait in line," as if I had broken the law, and being called out with a dozen people looking on. I said nothing while continuing to look around the office for a drop box until another customer kindly, but clandestinely, gestured to the direction of a cart that contained packages of some kind. In my 15 minute wait for the kiosk, I heard the same clerk, also nearest to me, asking the people he served for reviews and that's part of my reason for saying something. I am not sure how he could have not noticed me waiting for and using the kiosk and then treating me like I jumped ahead of line to see someone at the counter.

I've been using this post office for 15 years since moving to the area and have always found them to be helpful and friendly. The store is occasionally understaffed, but the employees are obviously always doing their best.

I had a package delivered into our communal mailboxes during frigid temps. Well. I couldn’t get to it and it was medically important for my child. We tried all online suggestions to get the lock thawed. After a frustrating phone process (only reason I’m not giving 5 stars) - I was contacted by a carrier supervisor who heard my story and said he would contact the carrier to bring the package to my door before he finishes for the day. He did less than 30 mins later! Carrier said he would also voice the concern of locks to see if there was anything to be done for customers.
