They didn't ship it to Fergus Falls. I'm not giving the guy on eBay a bad review for their mess up. It didn't even say Rochester on the package.

You guys need more people up front and it would help if there was any hustle with some of the workers. HOWEVER, Mitch was an amazing help finding my lost package but I shouldn’t have to wait an hour just to ask a simple question.

Understaffed, rude, and dirty. Half of the time the self-service won’t give you receipts. With how much money I spend here for business needs, they NEED to do better.

The people themselves are very helpful but this is the 5th time they have lost my package completely and it’s unrecoverable.

Most of the staff are nice, however because of the way I was treated by the staff member named Shane today I will give the place one star. Shane was awfully rude and disrespectful. I simply asked for a form to have my mail held for a few days, and I haven't done that since like 5 or 6 years ago for the last time that I asked for such. Shane said in a snarky manner that they don't hold mail if you're not going on vacation. I HAVE NEVER been told that by ANY OTHER USPS person in the history of me doing business with them. He then would repeatedly snakily say "We are not a mailbox" several times. I even told him that it was a costly package and I don't want to risk it getting stolen and that I have gotten packages stolen before and that other USPS workers have given me hold mail forms before. He snakily stated "I don't care". And it's not like I ask for my mail to be held all the time. The last time I had my mail held was like 5-6 years ago, even before Covid. I called the 800 number and reported Shane and they agreed that that was uncalled for and said there was no problem putting mail on hold for a few days and processed my order as well as process my complaint about Shane. I have order numbers for both my complaint and my hold mail order by email. Shane smarted off to me in front of the building and I have never seen a postal worker act so rude. I also happened to reach that office's manager a few minutes before they closed and they agreed that that was uncalled for and said that they would talk to him. I sure hope they do.
