- RMR MOct 17, 20251.0Mail was put on hold beginning October 1 and ending October 31. Mail and packages just keep on being delivered during this period. The incompetence is breathtaking! Called USPS several times and even met with the delivery supervisor at Bear Creek Station but they just cant get it done.

They have put the key in the wrong mailbox... Forget about calling.. No one picks up. Now we're in for the weekend. The heat is on. The items are heat sensitive. Am at the mercy of whoever has the key for the package locker...I literally can not count how many times this has happened.

The guy then had to ring my buzzer (secured apt) and sheepishly hand me a partially crushed box. He's lucky he didn't damage anything inside. I called and filed a complaint, but they said there wasn't really anything they could do about it, because 3 different people run the route I'm on (rotating schedule, I guess). Other than them trying to shove larger packages into the box just so they don't have to walk 10ft to the front door, I've had no major issues.
