After two weeks with normal delivery, we have now gone an entire week without receiving a single piece of mail at our new house/neighborhood communal box. I went to the post office today and they gave me a stack of mail and told me that our carrier has been out sick this week. They said there was more mail for me in back in a tray, but that was "new mail" we would get tomorrow. (I have no idea why I have to wait.) One whole week, no mail. We set up new utility services and need to pay the first month's bill before we can set up on-line payments. But, the bills aren't being delivered. We are waiting on our new ID and insurance cards. And any bill we paid is still sitting there without having gone anywhere. Thanks for nothing (literally).

- RMR MOct 17, 20251.0Mail was put on hold beginning October 1 and ending October 31. Mail and packages just keep on being delivered during this period. The incompetence is breathtaking! Called USPS several times and even met with the delivery supervisor at Bear Creek Station but they just cant get it done.
