  Its always busy busy busy with a line out the door some days but staff is always so helpful, thanks for keeping it all running smooth!

  Every time I've worked with the staff here, I've been happy with the service. However; the hours posted day they open at 8 a.m. well here I sit at 8:10 a.m. on 2/13/2026 and the store is not open. Given the number of reviews indicating late opening, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. The store opened around 8:12 and the gentleman who helped me was very polite and efficient. **after response from "owner" asking what would make things better** I think reading the reviews and addressing the issues that have been repeatedly raised. The timeliness of opening the store, the overall cleanliness of the store, and consistency on both of those fronts would likely improve everyone's experience.

  I needed to send a 1.5 ounce letter internationally and the man working at the counter told me it would be $181.36 to send it. Just stared at me while I declined. Decided to try the post office later and got it sent for 3.90. Not a big deal but it caught me off guard and I thought I wouldn’t be able to send a simple card :(

  Staff are super nice, courteous and work quickly. Especially during the holidays and long lines, they get the customers in and out quickly.

  I just had one of the best customer service experiences of my life. I walked in planning to do some lamination for a homemade Christmas gift. I saw that the line almost reached the door because of everyone trying to ship their holiday packages. All cash registers were taken by employees calmly and quickly helping everyone post their packages. When I got to the front, I let the employee know I wanted to do some laminating for my gift. Another employee, Dave, came out of the back and set up a little area where he could help me so she could continue helping customers. He patiently explained how we could set up some of the laminations and carefully put them together with me. The first employee even suggested that I use yellow cardstock as a background rather than the colors I brought to help my gifts pop. We quickly got my homemade bookmarks laminated and they turned out great. I never write reviews, but this was an amazing experience when it could have easily been difficult and stressful. This is a great UPS store. Pictured are my homemade bookmarks I made as a gift
