The store was packed and the guys at the counter were swamped, but in a great mood. They were super polite and took care of everybody in turn. When it came my turn, Kamal, took care of the packing in a super professional manner. He explained all of the costs for shipping, insurance, and packing before he started. As he was packing my item, the other dude working (I didn't get his name) was helping customers like he was three people. Their professionalism gives me faith in the transport of my item. Thanks, guys!
