- MZMaria ZappaDec 22, 20251.0I had an absolutely terrible experience at this FedEx location today. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She snapped at me to use the "Ship & Go" kiosk (which I had never used before and had no idea how to operate), then proceeded to bad-mouth me to another customer right in front of me, loudly asking if I could even read.On top of the terrible customer service, I noticed packages sitting unsecured at the Scan & Go area for an extended time with no apparent oversight. I would never feel comfortable leaving a valuable or personal item there — it looks like an easy target for theft before it even makes it onto the truck.The level of hostility and lack of basic courtesy was shocking. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on every customer who walks through the door. I will happily pay more to go to UPS in the future — at least they treat customers with respect. Avoid this location if you value your time and dignity.
