  Extremely rude employees. Do not expect to be helped at this location. Eyes were rolled at me and I was directed to the self-serve kiosk when I specifically walked past it to a person for assistance as I needed to mail something for my work. They refused to help me and walked away.

  I wanted to share 2 great visits to this location. The first was at the end of October. I was printing my Mom's Celebration of Life Programs. I called, Carmen was so kind. I explained I wasn't sure how to go about printing, etc. She walked me thru how to email to her, she would ensure the margin were clear and clean. Carmen suggested which cardstock she recommended and would call me with any questions. The programs were done with in hours, even on a busy Saturday, and I should have had next day service. 10/10 Impressed. Upon pick up, I was very emotional, But they were perfect :} Carmen was so patient, said she just went thru this with her Uncle. That compassion is greatly appreciated! Fast forward to January, I needed my Passport photo. Again, Carmen was happy to help! I just don't think Employers hear enough good compliments. Those little moments when someone shown compassion, aren't shared enough! THANK YOU, Carmen, for being a day maker!!

  Came in to drop a package and the people at the counter were complaining about helping, and kept on insisting to use the ship and go next time… the store had 2 other people that were already getting helped, not welcoming at all…

  I had an absolutely terrible experience at this FedEx location today. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. She snapped at me to use the "Ship & Go" kiosk (which I had never used before and had no idea how to operate), then proceeded to bad-mouth me to another customer right in front of me, loudly asking if I could even read.On top of the terrible customer service, I noticed packages sitting unsecured at the Scan & Go area for an extended time with no apparent oversight. I would never feel comfortable leaving a valuable or personal item there — it looks like an easy target for theft before it even makes it onto the truck.The level of hostility and lack of basic courtesy was shocking. She clearly hates her job and takes it out on every customer who walks through the door. I will happily pay more to go to UPS in the future — at least they treat customers with respect. Avoid this location if you value your time and dignity.
