- DHDallas HooperSep 30, 20251.0Don’t ever try calling here they will absolutely avoid answering the phone. I’ve called over 25x and never gotten anyone to answer. They are also extremely good at losing your packages so good luck going to them to find your package they are no help and everyone working here is clueless. Still missing a package that apparently went to them but now they can’t find it. This place is helpless

In the last few years we've occasionally gotten other people's mail, but not often enough to be considered a problem and I guess that I can't really fault them for an occasional mix up, especially when you consider all the cutbacks that have been made to the post office. The Post Master doesn't even work out of one branch anymore. He has to oversee it for something like 3 other towns.
