  Dave fixed our internet problem !!! He was very professional and courteous. He listened to our problems/concerns and got the internet in the entire house up to speed. Thanks Dave !!!

  Service went down due to a power outage. Power came back but not the internet. As we work from home i called Support Wednesday morning. Router LED was red, network error showed a gasp response. Walked through troubleshooting without luck. Ticket cut. Personnel would text when they were on the way. No text, no update and no show. Called support Wed night for an update. No update other than sorry we’ll get a call to you first thing Friday AM due to Thanksgiving. Understandable. No call came. I called in Friday and received a Message saying all reps are busy so plz leave a message. Left a message and waited an hour. Nothing, nada. Called in again and selected option 1 for support. More apologies. Nothing was said when I spoke to either rep on Wed and Friday about the office being actually closed on Friday when I spoke with the support answering service. Ticket was being re-escalated and dispatched. Waited again. Yep…nothing. I’d had enough of this so i decided to drive down to their office which is only a few miles away and on the way to town. What do I find? A note on the door saying they were closed. The two reps I spoke it’s on Wed and Friday said nothing about this. I wasn’t happy. I wasted two days waiting for an update or tech to show up, call, etc,. At that point I purchased another provider. My wife and I both lost two days each of work. Then today Monday morning a nice Gent showed up without a notice and said here to fix the issue. He was really a nice Gent and I wasn’t going to put him in the middle of this one. I called Benton and canceled the service this morning. Not once did I hear sorry for this issue. It was like oh ok. Good luck, have fun storming’ the castle. I was frankly appalled at the lack of support and customer communication and service. Especially as I work in IT with a Fortune 4 company. If I had done this I’d have been fired. From my vantage point maturation, customer support/service/communication skills and network IT reporting appear to be needed.
