- NGNatalie GonzalezOct 14, 20252.0Depop gives sellers a code to scan at USPS to drop off orders, one day the asian man was super organized about my packages (i think it was 4) told me how to do it so they dont get mixed up. Super informative and i decided to keep doing that. The lady with dirty blonde or brown hair with bangs attended me the next time i came, i explained to her why my bags weren’t closed when i came to the register so we can make sure it doesn’t get mixed up. Well she was rude and snappy and didnt take one second to understand what i was saying because she immediately said “WE CANT CLOSE THEM FOR YOU” …. I said okay and moved on. ALL my packages were sent to the wrong location which is $ LOST on my part. I came in today to drop off and let them know kindly to keep an eye out on those kind of details. She got a little passive and said “ well you can print out the labels on your own and drop so that doesn’t happen”. THIS IS YOUR JOB. I had also called a few times and the location NEVER answered or reached back.

- MMMarieAug 25, 20171.0Went there this morning to inquire about my missing mail only to discover the carrier mistakenly put the end date vs my start date to my vacation. I was confronted by a defensive and rude mail clerk who said, "I must have filled out the days wrong." I asked her to check because I know I didn't and when she looked at the card and realized I was correct she said, "everyone makes mistakes." If I could give them 0 stars I would. This PO is so poorly run.
