I live next to CenturyLink across from the fitness center and they plow me in on sidewalk and driveway. I have 3 slipped disks in my back and am the only one who can shovel. I can't afford a service. My little electric snowblower broke. Yet I made quite certain there was a distinct clearing around my house, where there is a walkpath that is paved, to my mailbox. It is all cleared. The mailman, however, sees it fit to dump packages in front of said snowblower and chuck mail on the ground in the snow. Glad I made the effort. Called to complain, but no one answers the phone. I've had other issues, but this was unacceptable. Update: I made a complaint using the automated service, which surprisingly does have a way to speak to a person. That person was very nice and made an internet complaint for me. Then a very nice gentleman at the Princeton post office called me back the same day. They resolved the issue the following week. I'm upgrading my review from a two to a four. Thank you for resolving my issue.

I have made 5+ complaints about then not taking back the mail that doesn't belong here, and each time they say that they will deal with it and it has yet to be resolved.

Service was awesome-thank you! 4 patrons behind me completely ignored or missed the face mask required sign- might want to emphasize it( big and in color) and have employees refuse service if not following. Those of us that are taking precautions can’t do it alone for everyone. Responsible actions please.

I've lived here for 7 months. When I moved here my mail ceased to exist. I've been in and talked to a few different employees. Even if it weren't there fault, wouldn't you think they would offer to put a trace on every piece of mail that came into the post office for me? Nope. I went from getting a ton of mail everyday at my old address to getting none, literally, here at this address. So who dropped the ball? I filled out a change of address form for everyone in the house, I received my confirmation that they received it, I have tried to figure out where my mail is going, ALL TO NO AVAIL. Hmmmmm. You guys have my complete confidence in you. Said no one else ever.
