Multiple times packages have been delivered to the wrong house and says delivered in my mailbox. Today was the final straw for leaving a review. I have 2 packages that say delivered in my mailbox. Tried calling the post office 4 times just for it to keep ringing and ringing and nobody answers. This is the worst USPS location I have ever had to deal with.

Three times I have mailed my nieces cards for holidays (from this USPS) and three times they only received ONE of the cards (so one niece didn't get hers). My nieces are children (4 and 8) and the envelopes are brightly colored. The rotund man asked me once what I was mailing and I said "it's just Birthday cards for my nieces," and one of the cards failed to show up.
My gut feeling is that the cards are conveniently getting "lost" at this USPS. Although a nominal amount (30 dollars or less), the cards do contain cash, which is why I believe they are not making it to my nieces.
Also, these postal workers move very slowly and certainly aren't exerting themselves; if they moved any slower, they'd slip into reverse. It simply appears that these workers do not care.
Complaining about lost mail that contains cash does not make me a Karen, by the way.
