- JBJennifer BJun 21, 20252.0Fine if you have lots of time on your hands. Showed up at 1:55p on a Saturday. Sign on door said something like “Excuse us, will be back open at 2:30p”. Will go to the one by Ridgedale in the future where more than one employee is working. Not waiting 35 minutes!!

- MLMark LindquistMay 30, 20251.0I had a strange experience with their assistant manager Lisa. Dropped off an express envelope at 5:02. She said it was too late to meet the 5:00 cutoff which apparently was a lie because a coworker called her out and said that the express pickup wasn’t cutoff yet. Lisa was annoyed getting caught in a lie and just said “well I want to keep my drivers happy and that’s why she wouldn’t add my envelope to the outgoing pile”. I just said “sometimes you should consider making your customers happy”. I am not sure if I was more disturbed by he lying or her flippant attitude towards her customers.
