Over last several months hearing aids shipped to VA in pre-labeled box have gone missing, payment from my "bank's bill pay service" lost, and Walmart deliveries missing. Several bills delivered to neighbors and visa versa. Better get it looked into, I'm not the only one in this area.

Last thing it said was I know that your asking for an agent but i am sorry I have to hang up now to help other callers.
- KBK. Brady-RegalAug 12, 20203.0I gave it a three, because our Post Office Station employees usually deserve a 5, especially at the post office. The post person who delivers my mail deserves a ZERO. They constantly, not every once in a while, CONSTANTLY mix up our mail. I often times have to hand deliver my neighbors mail to them and visa versa. As long as everyone gets their mail and no one misses something important I don't mind playing post person and taking mis-delivered mail to my neighbors. However, the degree I worked 4 years to obtain clearly stated in large bold red letters: DO NOT BEND! It was bent in half and shoved in the box, ruining the holder it was in and creasing the degree I wanted to frame. The DO NOT BEND couldn't be any clearer. Pay attention, it's not the first time that instruction has been ignored. They also did it to an envelope full of family pictures of various sizezes, including 8x10s...also covered in red DO NOT BEND PHOTOS !!!! If Postal Person doesn't want to walk up to the door, leave a card for us to pick the items up at the Post Office. Ridiculous and unnecessary destruction of important items.
