I am very confused why our USPS person will not drop off our packages?...We get notices "unfortunately USPS couldn't complete your delivery" & is then dropped off @ the Post office where we have to figure out when we can get there to pick it up?...due to our jobs we are not free to pick these items up is why we pay for them to be delivered...if it doesn't fit in the mail box it won't be left on our front porch like all other deliveries...very confusing why this service is offered & paid for but is not being done...this complaint is unfortunately very common....

I don't know what is going on with this office anymore!!! Management? Route drivers? Both? Who knows!! Packages are late being delivered all the the time, and when you look at the tracking number it's because of this office. People pay good money for next day delivery, and annual membership fees, basically for nothing if it has to go through this office. Mail isn't being picked up daily from our mailbox. It just seams like we have been put on a 2 day a week schedule anymore. If that. These issues need to be addressed, and soon. They are in charge of handling a lot of important items that need to get to the addressed, and it's just not happening. If I could use a different post office for my home deliveries I surely would.

Unaccomodating and rude. They get angry if you ever ask them to actually do anything.

Apparently if you’re shipping APO/FPO, your time is less valuable than everyone else’s.
