I was asked to call Andy, who runs the shop, to schedule a time to discuss my needs. When I arrived, the process was quick and efficient, taking only about five minutes to outline my requirements. Andy appreciated that I came in early to get my wedding items printed, noting that many people wait until the last minute. This gave me confidence that they would have ample time to complete my order. Andy promised to send a quote the following week. Although he called me instead to discuss pricing, I was unfortunately in a workshop and couldn't take notes. Andy assured me he would email the quote, but it didn't arrive as promised. This lack of follow-through and disorganization has led me to lose trust in their services. Despite the limited options for print shops outside of UPS or FedEx, I can't work with a business that doesn't keep its promises. I hope Minuteman Press can improve their communication and reliability in the future.
