  An employee with name Brittanie? Was very helpful to me on Monday afternoon, including helping me with figuring out my package which was shipped by FedEx actually went to UPS for returns. She helped me go through the process teaching me how to print out the receipts and label for UPS. Including taping my package. I appreciate her service very much.

  Yeah a couple days ago I went to this store to copy off both sides of my ID and fax it and fax some other form and they're trying to tell me that it was $9 to send a fax and when I decided just to copy off my ID and and send the fax elsewhere they told me that I still needed to send the fax their how dare they order a customer on what services they need to do I've never been treated like that so rudely before in my entire life so I left the store without doing

  Faxing was a total ripoff, a foul pricing scheme. 22 pages cost $35+tax. Later that day I bought a fax machine and all in 1 printer scanner used for $4.99, and it works great. Never going back to fedex for a fax again.
