  So yesterday's delivery had me almost crying. I wish I knew who the driver was so I could thank him personally. It's even welling up tears right now. I have three animals that depend on you guys right now. I have been struggling with a foot injury since the end of July period to start out with I was on two crutches and in a walking boot. Absolutely no weight-bearing for 4 months. I am now for the most part out of the crutches. Only use one when needed. But still un able to do normal functions with my foot. Also still not able to put to much pressure on it. So lifting more than 5-10lbs? Forget it unless I'm sitting. Forget pushing and clearing snow out of sidewalks also. My neighbors atleast do my driveway. Not sure who the driver is for Arlington Minnesota but between you and my friend, you made my day. I came home to packages stacked as neatly as possible with enough room to hobble through the door. I'm posting this because this driver every month has to lift close to 50 lb every time I order. If it's not 50 lb it's about 30. He carried a 30 lb package with a clearly beaten up box up an icy driveway. And then went back down the same icy driveway to go grab a 10 lb package and bring that up. I'm not sure who did the tape packaging tape job but I also appreciate that. Because of that awesome packaging tape job on a box that was falling apart my friend and I were able to get that box in my house. It just brought tears. Something that I normally be doing myself somebody else has been having to do for at least 6 months. Sometimes the superheroes in life are your friends, neighbors, and delivery drivers. Thanks to all of them a German Shepherd mix, Miniature Schnauzer, and a 20 year old gangster kitty get to eat. I hope this reaches my delivery driver. Sorry my packages suck to carry. Keep making people smile.

  Worst experience ever. Vital medications were shipped, needed and promised on a Friday. There was good weather. Did not arrive on Friday. Our medication will be at least 4 days late. 3 phone calls to FedEx corporate. They kept promising that they would expedite. FedEx is supposed to have a Saturday delivery option, but none was granted in this case, despite their failure. At one point the tracking phone robot said the "recipient business" was closed, but the shipping address was a residence not a business. Then they admitted that it was THEIR business that was closed on Saturday. What a joke. This was a life and death situation and they didn't give a flying *%&!!!!

  Waited for a package all weekend that was supposed to be delivered Friday. While standing with my over head garage door open and all lights on the FedEx delivery vehicle shows up in front of my business, never even gets out. 30 minutes later the tracking info updates saying delivery customer unavailable. Sunday rolls around, same thing. I was 15 feet away from the delivery vehicle with the tracking info up on my phone, only to have him "attempt the delivery" not to mention I have cameras that witnessed the shady driver never once attempt anything. Never stepped out of his vehicle.
