Our medication will be at least 4 days late. 3 phone calls to FedEx corporate. They kept promising that they would expedite. FedEx is supposed to have a Saturday delivery option, but none was granted in this case, despite their failure. At one point the tracking phone robot said the "recipient business" was closed, but the shipping address was a residence not a business. Then they admitted that it was THEIR business that was closed on Saturday. What a joke. This was a life and death situation and they didn't give a flying *%&!!!!

While standing with my over head garage door open and all lights on the FedEx delivery vehicle shows up in front of my business, never even gets out. 30 minutes later the tracking info updates saying delivery customer unavailable. Sunday rolls around, same thing. I was 15 feet away from the delivery vehicle with the tracking info up on my phone, only to have him "attempt the delivery" not to mention I have cameras that witnessed the shady driver never once attempt anything. Never stepped out of his vehicle.
