- JJJc JohnsonSep 12, 20251.0This is not the first time our mail has been jammed so far and hard into our mailbox. This time we can't get it out. I'm sure the item inside is damaged. Also, it rained today, so I'm sure it's water logged as well. This is ridiculous. You had one job. Do better!

Take a breath and be respectful of the job they do. It's amazing how much better your experience will be, going in with a little patience and a smile. Side note, our driver is very nice and she's come through in blizzard conditions.
