- FNFrank NorthFeb 3, 20231.0Mail man withheld mail because he didn’t like how often i cleaned the mailbox. This was after i told him he was delivering mail to me for multiple people who do not live at this address. Just a lazy person looking for a reason to not do his job. Reported to local authorities to see if there is anything I can do to get my mail.
- VSVictoria SimsDec 1, 20215.0I arrived at a busy time, there were 4 people in the lobby with me and I was very impressed by how Kelly and the other employee were handling it. The wait time was not excessively long and I still felt I had their full attention when it was my turn. Kelly took the time to explain my options to me and helped me find the best option for my needs. Although she had many tasks she was in the middle of; she came to the desk to help with the lobby of customers. She was friendly, knowledgeable and offered fast and accurate service! I’ve only heard negative things about our town’s postal office but this experience has changed my outlook! I appreciate all of the work our postal workers do for our community and I wish people would be kinder to them.
