  Chang at OAC has been assisting me for a number of weeks sorting out a password issue involving Outlook and access to our server from two different devices. He listens carefully and managed to identify the conflicting issues...it was a tricky problem that he handled marvelously. Great company to work with and great employees.

  My company has used OAC Technology for a few years now. Today I inadvertently visited a spoof website and popups started plaguing me. I knew the best course of action was to get myself in queue for help from Brandon. In the meantime, I emailed him a copy of the concerning message. Like usual, Brandon promptly remoted in, resolved the problem, and then took care of another issue for me - competing microphones that had been making each phone call painful. I can rely on OAC's competent and prompt assistance in every instance. You can't go wrong with them for your company's IT needs.
