Sometimes sever weather can delay a rural delivery but most of the time that doesn't stop my carrier. Don't believe the negative reviews of negative minded people who have left poor reviews.
- JTJason TDec 21, 20231.0Very rude customer service. Package was purposely damaged by driver and this office would not do anything for me. I was told if it doesn't have insurance then no luck. I order my son's school pictures and Lifetouch is the company sending to me and there was no option for me to select insurance. Basically I have learned that the driver can damage whatever he or she wants and then we are just out of luck. I wish I could cancel mail service. Permanently dissatisfied for life. No trust.
