  UPS is a disappointment as a delivery service, and its staff are indicitive of how unhelpful this entire company is.

  Honestly I wouldn’t even give this review a one star. I dropped some vintage speakers off to be shipped to Hawaii and wanted the UPS Store to package and ship because I thought they would do a much better job than me. I was wrong. They put the 50lb speakers in cardboard boxes with no packing of any kind or reinforcements knowing they were going to Hawaii. I paid for packaging not being offered or knowing how they were going to do it. Of course they finally arrived days apart and both damaged severely. My bad for not insuring but even common sense would have packed these correctly . I had to reimburse the buyer full price $1000.00. I will never go back there. Very disappointed and upset.

  I always gave a 10! Previous employers were always professional. They all knew exactly what their job title was. I have been using your location for over 10 years! I always recommend your dtord.now i don't feel confident at all.my neighbor said to your new staff is very unprofessional and gets important legal documents mixed up!!! Over charged me 44.00! Gor a 23.00 charge told me to leave if I don't like the new charges!! Would not call me by name! Kept saying Mama!! Did not give me confirmation if my important documents went threw after trying a 2nd time! Did not apologize for the over changing and could not address the address correctly on an envelope i paid for..it looked like a 10 year printing!! However he'd Did a good job on the photo for a funeral i asked to print.!! He kept saying the prices have gone way up.and i could just leave if I did not like his new prices!° I miss Jericho and Mdgan!and the past employees! Always a 10!! I even bought the previous employees pizza for the excellent work they had helped me with for my 2 son's funeral and my husband's funeral!!,I hope you can hire some professional staff who like there job and are respectful always! Thank you.hope next ti.e I can give a 10!!!

  I always use the Moorhead UPS store for my Amazon returns and to send packages and they are always vey fast and friendly.

  Basic shipping sucks. - local business sucks and online and phone customer service really sucks. Just horrible experience still
