  January 21, 2026 This message is for store manager Jennifer K. I want to be clear that this may not be the store’s fault, but I feel it’s worth mentioning. As I was leaving The UPS Store, a man on foot rapidly approached my truck in the parking lot looking for money, which made me feel unsafe. This seems to be part of a broader public safety issue in downtown Moorhead, and it does affect whether I feel comfortable returning, not just to this store but to the area in general. Additional security or monitoring of the parking lot, especially as customers are coming and going, could go a long way toward improving the experience. I enjoy supporting locally and want downtown businesses to succeed, but safety concerns like this make it difficult. ____________________________ Post November 2025: This message is for store manager Jennifer K. Normally i get excellent service. Waited in line for 45 minutes on 10/29/25. Please create a faster system for customers with prepaid packages. My drop-off took less than a minute once I reached the counter. Consider having an employee move through the line with a handheld scanner to collect prepaid packages during busy times. Can you open a third register in busy times? There were three employees there and one could have helped. The store was packed, and two customers tied up the checkout the entire time, causing people around me to get agitated and start several arguments and awkward conversations. I don’t need an apology—just consideration and better practices for next time. Can the handheld scanner print or email receipts? There must be a workable solution.

  The initial staff I spoke with was very polite. She referred me to the manager when she couldnt resolve the issue. The manager was very snarky and I dont really understand why or what I did to deserve it???
