Please create a faster system for customers with prepaid packages. My drop-off took less than a minute once I reached the counter. Consider having an employee move through the line with a handheld scanner to collect prepaid packages during busy times. Can you open a third register in busy times? There were three employees there and one could have helped. The store was packed, and two customers tied up the checkout the entire time, causing people around me to get agitated and start several arguments and awkward conversations. I don’t need an apology—just consideration and better practices for next time. Can the handheld scanner print or email receipts? There must be a workable solution.
- EEE. EstivezAug 9, 20251.0I dropped off some Amazon packages with 2 different codes. As soon as I scanned one I realized I used the wrong code and needed the stickers to be switched. The employee just shrugged it off and did nothing. Now Amazon saying it didn't get either of the returns and charged me over $100 that I do NOT have for items they received under the wrong shipping code. How am I going to pay my bills? Even if I do get refunded it will likely take 7-10 business days. Lazy, lazy employees.

When I first walked into the UPS Store there was a person in front of me and I noticed the staff helping this man out in a way that no other place has done which gave me a sense of relief. When it came for my turn I said that I had some packages that i would like to return the employee said “great okay you should have a QR Code for that” I brought out my phone with the QR code ready since I knew this was gonna happen and after that I gave her my package and they said they will handle the rest like packaging, shipping, and printing off labels, etc you get the gist. She handed me a drop off receipt and then I said “is that it?” And they said yes then I was surprised on how easy that was. I hope you guys can keep this up as a 15 year old your company has my approval! love the work you guys do and I hope to come again in the future ✌️
