- VSVicki SeversonMay 14, 20221.0Lady at counter was so incredibly rude. Tried to drop Amazon packages to return with prepaid labels. They had to go through Post Office, not UPS. She would not accept as she said they were over weight for First Class. Funny thing is they were sent in the same package to me as First Class. When I asked for clarification she got snappy. Don't appreciate being disrespected when all I am doing is following directions I was given. Never have a good experience at this location.
